Class+ Cancellation Policy: Class+ purchases are non-refundable & the following policy will be followed without exception.

 I. Unlimited Members:

  • Class+ offerings are included in your Membership at no additional cost

  • If you register & can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

  • MEMBER no-shows* and cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $40 cancellation fee

II: Clients with Class+ purchase:

  • If you register & can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Class+ registration will then be credited back into the your account for use towards any future Class+ offering within 365 days of the original event.

  • No credit will be issued for Class+ cancellations within 24hrs and no-shows*

*no-shows include late arrivals, after the front door is locked.
