We believe clarity is kind; the guidance below is provided to minimize confusion & succinctly communicate with our community.
We ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following policies:
BEFORE CLASS
Pre-registration & pre-payment is required for ALL clients and classes.
ALL clients must individually register for classes under their own names and accounts, & sign the studio’s electronic liability waiver before their first class
We strongly recommend using the GUD Yoga app to pre-register for all classes
You must be at least 16 years old to practice at GUD Yoga (excluding specified kids classes)
ARRIVAL
The studio opens 15 minutes before each class
Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins
CHECKING IN
Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival
Please silence your cell phones & smartwatches in the lobby.
All shoes, bags, phones, & extra personal belongings are to be stored in the lobby cubbies OR along the open walls in the gallery (NOT in the studio space or on the gallery furniture).
DOOR LOCKING
Building doors are locked when class begins, meaning we cannot accommodate late entry to classes.
For some classes (when we have extra front desk staffing), clients are able to enter class up to 5 minutes late. This is the exception not the rule.
No clients are allowed to enter the Main Studio more than 5 minutes past the beginning of class.
THE MAIN STUDIO
Please silence your Smart Watches upon entering
Please be on your mat at the time class begins
All drink containers must have a secure lid that tightly fastens.
no open drink containers (mugs, cups, straws ect) are permitted
Do not leave class early unless it is an emergency
No phones are allowed in the Main Studio (please note: studio teachers discreetly use their phones - on airplane mode - to play music in class)
AFTER CLASS
The studio closes promptly 15 minutes after class
Lost & Found: GUD Yoga is not responsible for any personal belongings in the studio.
we keep any lost items in our staff office for 1 month; after 1 month, any unclaimed items are donated or discarded
please email us directly for any items you may have left behind
REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Pre-registration & pre-payment is required for ALL CLIENTS under their own names and accounts
There is currently NO CANCELLATION POLICY for regularly scheduled classes unless notified otherwise
For clients practicing with a SINGLE VISIT or CLASS PACK: In the event you register for class & are no longer able to attend, simply cancel your reservation and this class will be automatically credited back into your account.
