The transition into fall is the perfect time to explore new domains of awareness and healing, or to enrich and deepen a long-standing meditation practice. This 3-part progressive series is designed to teach &/or enhance existing mindfulness practices.
Wednesday, September 25 6pm - 7:30pm: Beginner’s Mind & Intention: We’ll cover what meditation is, how to set up for practice, and explore different techniques for setting an intention
Wednesday, October 9 6pm - 7:30pm: Challenges & Sustainability in Practice: After using the techniques learned in week one, we will meet again to go over common roadblocks and strategies to overcome those challenges to sustain practice
Wednesday, October 23 6pm - 7:30: Manifestation: Now that you’ve found the pathway to practice, we’ll refine and help you use the power of thinking, meditation, and attraction for manifesting well being and attracting what you desire in life.
This series offers rich and varied terrain for you to inhabit and explore. In a world where our attention gets distracted and diverted at every turn, mindfulness brings it back and stabilizes it where it matters most―in the here and now.
Series is beginner-friendly and open to all levels of practitioners. Total Cost for all 3 sessions: $100 ($90 for monthly unlimited members)
