GUD Yoga is turning one! Come celebrate our birthday with a FULL day of $5 classes, pop-ups & giveaways!

We'll be holding 5 classes on Sunday, January 26th at a $5 drop-in rate.

We're proud to be the only studio in Norfolk that offers Stay&Play (childcare!) for select classes every week. Stay&Play will be open for the first 3 classes of the day! S&P is $5/child/class. Please see our website for further guidance.

2 amazing local businesses are joining the festivities: aLatte Cafe in the morning & Crunchy Hydration in the afternoon. Class participants will be treated to healthy & delicious coffee & sparkling adaptogenic herbal waters!

Expect raffle giveaways after every class & special discounts available only to anniversary class participants!

Pre-registration is highly recommended; we anticipate these classes to fill up fast!
