Join us for a special sound healing session, marking October's New Moon.

In this extended, 75-minute experience, participants will be guided through a brief, relaxing meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls. The crystal singing bowls correlate with the body's seven main chakras to realign your body and deeply relax your mind.

Led by Leslie Williams, Certified Sound Healer & Registered Yoga Teacher, there is nothing for you to do during this experience but breathe & enjoy a soothing journey through sound!
