Sometimes it's fun to turn yourself upside down!
In this 90min experience we will break-down and practice both handstand & forearm stand in accessible, safe & playful ways.
We'll warm-up with a standard vinyasa flow and then transition into Inversions using props and practice drills to help you understand the art of controlling yourself while upside down.
Finally, you'll learn how to integrate these new skills to progress your own Inversion Practice.
Open to all levels of ability (seriously!); all that's required is an open mind, courageous heart & sense of humor!
