WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

During a sound bath, there is nothing for you to do but …

  • get as comfortable as possible

  • breathe

  • and enjoy a soothing journey through sound

These 60min experiences incorporate the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, working on a cellular level, to recalibrate the mind, body, & spirit and promote healing.

These sound frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and correlate with the body’s seven chakras to promote a sense of ease & inner peace.

In addition to stress and anxiety relief, sound bath benefits can include improved sleep, and a renewed sense of well-being, happiness, and calm.


WHAT DO I WEAR?

Comfortable, cozy clothes … think layers and your favorite pair of fuzzy socks.

We’ve had people attend sound baths in their pjs!


WHAT DO I BRING?

A yoga mat, if you have one. If not, we have one for you!

We also have plenty of bolsters & blankets to support your experience.

You’ll have the option to use these props to establish a cozy nest for your physical body during the sound bath.
