Join Ann (E-RYT 500) for this special extended, 90min version of PEACE, a practice that mindfully combines yin yoga with yoga nidra & sound healing.
Yin Yoga uses props to establish simple poses that safely target the connective & soft tissues of the joints, translating to a sense of deep stretching.
Yoga nidra is a still and quiet practice of systematic relaxation that reduces accumulated tensions in an efficient way and opens our minds to greater resolve and receptivity, allowing us to set intentions from a place of clarity.
This 90 min offering will conclude with an extended Savasana Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls to help attune you to a more positive & vibrant frequency as you step into the Summer Season
