Myofascial Release is an easily accessible practice that compliments yoga & other exercise recovery, improves mobility, and provides relief from everyday aches & pains by releasing restrictions in the fascial system.
This workshop will include gentle & effective techniques for Self-Myofascial Release while covering basic information about fascia & the role it plays is movement.
