Restorative Yoga is designed to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal & restore balance.
This workshop will include gentle restorative yoga poses (asanas) & breathing practices (pranayama) designed to cultivate mind-body awareness, emotional equanimity & physical ease.
