By introducing yoga to a younger population, children are familiarized with a practice that will serve them throughout their lives. This Kids Yoga Series is specifically designed for children ages 6-10.
These classes are light-hearted and fun, incorporating physical postures (asanas) & breathing techniques (pranayama), teaching students how their body & breath work together.
The physical components of class promote strength, flexibility & body awareness. Breathing techniques encourage focus, relaxation & self control.
Most importantly, these classes aim to foster an overall sense of well-being and self-love.

Nicole Smith is a Registered Nurse, currently serving as a school nurse.
She is a certified children's yoga instructor and believes in the power of yoga to help children build self-esteem, confidence and body awareness.
Nicole is a mother of 2 and owner of BeFly Yoga, a company specializing in both in-person & virtual yoga instruction for women and children.
