Sometimes it's fun to turn yourself upside down!
In this extended 90min practice, we will break-down and practice handstand & forearm stand in accessible, safe & playful ways.
We'll warm-up with a creative flow that preps the body for strong and safe inversions.
Then we'll transition to handstand & forearm stands, using the wall, props and practice drills to help you understand the art of controlling yourself while upside down.
Finally, you'll learn how to integrate these new skills to progress your own Inversion Practice.
Open to all levels of ability (seriously!); all that's required is an open mind, courageous heart & sense of humor!
