THE PROCESS is a mind/body-oriented approach that incorporates yoga, mindfulness, & psychoeducation to honor the wisdom of our life experiences & resolve issues of accumulated stress.
Developed by Dr. Diane Malaspina, psychologist, and expert in yoga for mental health & wellbeing, THE PROCESS increases our range of stress resilience and creates greater ease in the mind/body.
Through THE PROCESS, we work at the level of physiology and belief, using embodiment tools to resolve symptoms and patterns that become stuck in the mind/body.
Each 2-hour workshop experience is centered around a psychological theme & offers an integrative approach to recover the natural equilibrium of the nervous system.

Growth mindset is about stretching to learn something new through the process of self-development.
As we navigate the beginning of a new year, many of us seek inspiration and a desire to move more confidently in the direction of our dreams … but where do we start?
When we learn to engage with our lives and passions with a goal of action rather than seeking a specific outcome of success, we become more comfortable with challenge. We learn to recognize areas for growth and actively seek strategies to improve.
This approach fosters more interest, motivation, and perseverance. And as a result, our lives begin to reflect an alignment with our deepest values.
Workshop includes yoga, meditation, myofascial release, brief lecture/discussion, & reflective journaling.
Please bring a journal. All other props will be provided.
